classes

Bring your mat, water bottle and a small towel (optional). ComplimentaRy towels and water are also available in studio. a limited number of mats are available.

we have a class for the beginner, the intermediate and everyone in between. please read our liability waiver through the tab above before booking your class. by booking your class, you have agreed to the liability. We ask that new students arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to for a studio tour, questions and to get comfortable. We are unable to allow any students into class who are more than 5 minutes late.

class booking is available through the mindbody app proir to your class. please thoroughly read class descriptions before class. We do not accept walk ins unless otherwise arranged. check your app to stay up to date on instructor changes, cancellations and pricing deals + specials.

all class no-shows result in a $25 fee. all class purchases are non-refundable. cancellations must be made before 2 hours of class start time to avoid a $10 late cancellation fee and forfeiture of class pass.

Lightyasa (lightly heated)

all levels welcome! Light heat, vinyasa style. gently heated between 75-85 degrees. this is a great introduction to vinyasa style yoga, linking breath to movement at a lightLy heated temperature and accessible pace. all levels of practitioners will deepen their practice through this class. your teacher will guide you through vinyasa stYle sequences Comprised of STREngthening, balancing, and stamina buIlding asanas (poses), building Heat from the inside out. Suggested ModiFicaTiOns Are OFFERED aS well as OPPORTUNITIES to challEnge Yourself further. Inversions may be offered.

Power Vinyasa (heated)

prior yoga expierence suggested! heated between 90-100 degrees, your teacher will guide you through powerful & strength building sequences and postures. you will build an internal fire with your breath (pranayama), linking it to your movement (vinyasa), creating an energetic flow that will leave you feeling revitalized and refreshed. advanced postures + inversions Are offered aS well as ample OPPORTUNITY to CHALLENGE yourself and move freely + authentically. complimentary essential oil infused cold towels await you during the ending moments of class.

Gentle Yoga

all levels welcome. this class combines the healing and therapeutic benefits of gentle stretching, balancing and reclined poses. Your instructor will offer deep breathing techniques, guided meditation and plus prop usage in order to achieve entire mind + body relaxation.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative is a gentle practice to facilitate deep relaxation and recalibrate the nervous system. This class focuses on breath + floor-based postures to allow students to unwind and release tension + over-activity of the mind. The nature of the class is simple, yet effective.  Restorative yoga serves as a perfect “rest day” activity for athletes and those with a busy lifestyle. This is class is accessible for anyone and everyone seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.
